Terms of Use
Using Indexed
By connecting a wallet and using this protocol you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the protocol.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade digital assets where you live. You are responsible for knowing whether that is the case. Do not use the protocol if it is prohibited where you are.
Your wallet is yours
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your keys and your device. Transactions signed with your wallet are treated as authorised by you. We cannot reverse a signed transaction.
Indexes you create
When you create an index you choose the assets and the weights. You are responsible for what you put in it. Do not create indexes designed to mislead other users about what they are buying, and do not put assets in an index that you are not permitted to deal in.
Balances
Deposits are credited to a protocol balance after the deposit transaction is confirmed on chain. Spot and leveraged positions settle against that balance. You may withdraw an available balance to your own wallet at any time, subject to network conditions and the funds being unencumbered by an open position.
Liquidation
Leveraged positions are closed automatically when the index price reaches the liquidation level shown when the position was opened. Liquidation may result in the total loss of the collateral behind that position.
No warranty
The protocol is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that price data will be accurate, or that it will be free of defects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, liquidations, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, or losses arising from network, wallet or third party failures.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the protocol after a change means you accept the updated terms.
