Privacy Policy
What we collect
Indexed is used by connecting a wallet. We do not ask for your name, your address, or a password.
Wallet addresses
When you connect a wallet we store the public address so we can show your balance, your indexes and your positions. A public address is pseudonymous, but it is not anonymous: everything ever done with it is visible on the blockchain to anyone.
Activity we store
We store the indexes you create, the deposits and withdrawals you make, and the spot and leveraged positions you open and close, each linked to your wallet address. This is the record that makes your balance and your history work.
Technical data
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser user agent and the pages requested. These are used to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.
Third parties
Price data is requested from public market data providers, and blockchain reads and writes go through node providers. Those requests leave our servers or your browser and are subject to the policies of those providers.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not have your private keys and cannot move funds from your wallet.
Deletion
Position and transaction records are kept for as long as the protocol needs them to settle balances correctly. Anything already written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else.
